Refund & Cancellation Policy

eSecure LABS ("ESL", "we", "our", "us") stands behind eSecure LABS – Forensic Services ("Products/Services – Technical and Scientific Consultancy"), and customers ("you" or "your") satisfaction is important to us. To accomplish this, we honour money-back guarantee, eSecure LABS values every customer and works hard to provide an delightful experience with our services.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund for Annual Subscription or Lifetime Membership Program and 7 days in case of any individual assignment. Post the period stated herein, it becomes non-refundable. To place a refund request for an order placed with us, you would need to contact our Support via email at support[at]esecurelabs.org.

Refund cannot be claimed in the following conditions:

✔ Price difference due to different regions (or due to difference in exchange rates).

✔ Services/Product is not purchased directly from eSecure LABS (in case of purchase from any 'Affiliate or Channel Partner'.
Note: Note: In this case, the customer needs to contact that store or partner for the refund request.

✔ Refund request for a part of a bundle (Bulk Services).

✔ Refund request on "Special Offer."

✔ Refund request on renewals of subscriptions.

✔ Customer refuses to cooperate with eSecure LABS's Support Team to identify the problem OR declines to provide detailed description and information regarding the problem OR refuses to apply the best possible solution provided by eSecure LABS's Support Team.

✔ If Customer is demanding the services other than pre-signing the agreement/agreed in 'Scope of Work'.

✔ For Subscription based programs and offers refund is only applicable on first purchase not on renewals.

✔ After signing the agreement if the customer is asking for additional services without pay or demanding out of the box services(which we dont deals in).

Processing and Issuing of Refund:

eSecure LABS will process the refund request within 2 business working days once the refund request is raised(after receiving the Dispose off + Cancellation and NOC documents from customer). Refund would be made to the "same account/ payment method" that was used to make the purchase, and request for change in the refund payment mode will not be entertained. It may take up to 45 business working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

✔ Note 1: After raising the request customer have to provide the 'Dispose of Agreement + Cancellation Note and NOC Documents' to eSecure LABS via registered email id or registered post.
✔ Note 2: Haircut on assignment fees paid in advance will be processed as discussed at the time of signing the assignment and finalizing the 'Scope of Work'.
